We're hiring! Account Manager
You will be responsible for the retention, growth and total management of the assigned customer portfolio, developing relationships with key stakeholders from travellers, bookers to contract management.

Key Responsibilities
- To have a complete understanding of each company’s organisational structure, their values and their key business objectives.
- To be procurement / contract management main point of contact throughout the life cycle of the customer contract.
- Develop strong relationships with all bookers across the nominated customer portfolio, identifying cross and up selling opportunities of all services provided by HTS are represented to the customer.
- Provide educational sessions with key bookers across customer portfolio on the tools and benefits available through partnering with HTS.
- To develop and own the business development plan for each nominated customer.
- Be accountable as a minimum for the delivery of monthly management information in accordance with the company standards and the customer expectations.
- Provide recommendations and influence changes to policy as required to deliver customer objectives.
- To monitor service level agreements for all nominated customers and any corrective measures required discussed and agreed with the Operations Director.
- To prepare and deliver quarterly face to face performance and business reviews with assigned customer portfolio.
- To implement, continuous review and take accountability for customer rate negotiations with venues and
suppliers. - To assist with customer credit control and implement correct measures as required to ensure HTS agreed credit terms are adhered to.
- Monitor income drivers (non-commissionable levels, average commission) for the nominated customers and where required implement improvement plans to ensure HTS and the customer optimise earnings.
- To represent the customer internally at HTS and provide regular updates to the operations team of the customer objectives and any changes to policy and or programme.
- To support with bill back queries as required and communicate effectively with customers and suppliers until the issue is resolved.
- To plan, invite and host customer events at relevant venues which support HTS and customer objectives with the aim of building customer relationships from new and existing stakeholders.
- To be consistently building your knowledge of the industry and competitors and share this insight with the HTS team.
- Ensure all customer communication and meetings illustrate HTS in a highly professional manner.
- Utilise social media including LinkedIn as a sales tool and to drive brand awareness of HTS in a professional and ethical manner.

This is an office-based role at our head office in Droitwich, Worcestershire
