Our Story
Hotel and Travel Solutions (HTS) was founded in 2010 by Julie Shorrock as "Hotel Specialists with a Travel Solution".

With over 25 years experience client-side with leading hotel chains such as Forte & Hilton, and as an original founding shareholder of hotelshop, Julie sought to bring about a company that was genuinely client centric.
Our entire company ethos is client centric in order to deliver a managed solution for hotel, accommodation, meetings and travel.
As Julie explains "It goes without saying clients are our number one priority. My team and I fully understand and appreciate the challenges faced by national and international companies when reviewing their accommodation and travel procurement, and aim to offer a clear no nonsense service that will deliver cost savings."
Doing Things Right
We're accredited members of the Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA), which promotes best practice in the procurement of accommodation and venues for conferences, training, meetings and events. Our pursuit of continuous development and improvement saw Julie become the Chair of the HBAA Agent Engagement Committee in 2015.
